HSSC gets lots of calls on a daily basis asking how one can go about declaring their home "historic," or how to properly renovate a historic home. HSSC does not have any direct information how to go about that. However, the the City of Los Angeles' Department of City Planning can help you! Contact them at 213-978-1183, or, 213-978-1200.
